5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics, availability, or unforeseen delays.

We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, customs, or force majeure events.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns/exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

Certain items like innerwear, masks, or discounted products may not be eligible for return.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after inspection of returned products and this 7 days starts from date of product received at our warehouse.
